Patounis Soap Factory is a listed monument of industrial heritage since 2008 and is preserved with functioning tools and equipment from 1891. It is open to the public from midday onwards and features traditional soap made from locally produced olive products with unique ancestral recipes and methods. Apostolos, the fifth generation of the Patounis family, leads a free tour of the premises.
